As the copyright owner of the following books, “TROUBLES and TRIALS” by Gary R. Wright and “LITTLE FREEBIE and ALL HIS FRIENDS by Riet M.W.I. De Jong. I have been offered various opportunities from publishers over the last ten years to remarket these books through their company. However to date I have not taken advantage of their offers.
For instance. In February of this year I was offered the following presentations above for my story from Max Wilson at: mwilson@clicksage.co. Unfortunately I am not interested in this lucrative offer at this time, but perhaps you the reader might want to consider my offer.
Since they feel that there is a very good chance that these two books might produce financial results I would be willing to negotiate a percentage deal with another investor.
For example. I am willing to offer you seventy-five percent (75%) of the net proceeds from the future sales of these two books. All you have to do is pay for the entire investment initially, prior to re marketing with Expresso Publishing.
If this is something that you might be interested in pursuing, especially considering the 70th. Anniversary that is approaching for The Toronto Sound this year and LC&TC in 2026 -27, than please contact me and thereafter I will put you in contact with Max Wilson.
